Como defeated Napoli 2-1 to secure three points at the Maradona on matchday 2 of Serie A Enilive.
Martin Baturina opened the scoring in the 17th minute following an assist from Assane Diao, who found the number 20 in the center of the box after receiving the ball from team captain Lucas Da Cunha. Napoli then leveled the match in the 30th minute through Højlund, but the Lariani quickly retook the lead in the 35th minute thanks to Tasos Douvikas, who scored his second consecutive goal of the season.
With this result, the Lariani wrapped up the month of August with an away victory over Napoli and their first league win of the campaign.
Focus now turns to the next Serie A fixture, scheduled for next Friday, September 4, in Genoa.
