Como 1907 is delighted to announce the appointment of Gianluca Falsini as Head Coach of the Primavera team.
Falsini joins the club after a successful spell with AS Roma's academy, where he established himself as one of Italy's leading youth coaches. Across four seasons, he led Roma's Under-16, Under-17 and Primavera sides, winning two Under-16 national titles, an Under-17 championship, while consistently developing players ready for the next level.
His coaching career has also included roles within the youth systems of Hellas Verona, Siena, Empoli and Reggina, giving him extensive experience in developing young talent at some of Italy's top academies.
Falsini arrives ahead of a landmark season for Como 1907, with the Primavera preparing for the club's first-ever campaigns in Primavera 1 and the UEFA Youth League. His appointment reinforces the club's commitment to a unified football identity, with a style of play and development philosophy aligned across every level of the Biancoblù pathway.
