Como 1907 Women welcomes Belgium international Tessa Wullaert as the club continues to build its squad for a historic first season in Serie A Women.
The forward joins from Inter after finishing the 2025/26 season as Serie A Women’s leading contributor for goals and assists. Across a career that has taken her to Wolfsburg, Manchester City, Anderlecht and Fortuna Sittard, Wullaert has established herself as one of Europe’s most consistent goalscorers.
Tessa is Belgium’s all-time leading scorer across both the men’s and women’s national teams, with 105 international goals. In March 2026, she became only the seventh player in football history to reach 100 goals for her country.
Wullaert brings goals, leadership and experience to Selena Mazzantini’s squad ahead of the club’s first season in Serie A Women.
Heather O’Reilly, Head of Women’s Football at Como 1907, said: "Tessa is a major signing for us. She is a proven goalscorer and leader. She is at the top of her game in both domestic and international football, and for her to choose Como as the next step in her career is a great compliment to us."
Speaking after joining the club, Wullaert said: "I’m really happy to be here, and I hope to bring goals and assists to this team. I’m here to win games. I always give everything, and I’m always ready to improve and become the best version of myself."
