Como 1907 is delighted to announce the loan signing of Brazilian international wing-back Yan Couto from Borussia Dortmund for the 2026/27 season.
Born in 2002, Couto began his career at Coritiba before joining Manchester City in 2020. He later gained experience with Girona, Braga and Borussia Dortmund, joining the German club permanently in 2025.
A dynamic and technically gifted player, Couto can operate across the right flank and brings experience from the Bundesliga, Champions League, Europa League and Club World Cup.
At international level, he won the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup with Brazil and made his senior debut in 2023.
Como 1907 Head Coach Cesc Fàbregas commented: "Yan is a brave and technically strong player who gives us different options on the right side. He likes to play forward, has great energy and fits well with the way we want to play. He is still young, but already has important experience, and we believe he can continue to grow with us."
